Dream Flora is a gigantic, immersive aerial art installation that floated through the treetops at Atlanta’s Botanical Garden in 2021. Composed of over 78,000 colorful pieces of sailcloth, this 12,500-square-foot art piece created a lyrical path that wound through the lush green tree canopy of the historic Storza Woods, inspiring guests to experience the garden in a fresh, unexpected way. In the face of pandemic-related travel restrictions, the Poetic Kinetics team remotely mapped the location and designed the site-specific installation to seamlessly dovetail with the natural environment.

During the course of its display, Dream Flora attracted thousands of visitors garnering the highest attendance numbers on record for the Garden, including exceeding pre-pandemic benchmarks.
