The installation was contributed to by thousands of individuals sharing their hopes, dreams, wishes and memories--from young children to Nobel peace prize winners, from celebrities to dignitaries including Prime Minister Angela Merkel to actor David Hasselhoff.
The installation was a visited by over 1 million people in person in Berlin during and broadcasted to millions more internationally during Kulturprojekte Berlin’s 10-day Maurfall Festival.
